Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between [Company Name] (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer for the use of the SaaS invoicing software rēezr.
§ 2 Subject matter
The Provider provides the customer with the web-based invoicing software rēezr as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The scope of services is defined in the service description on the website.
§ 3 Trial period
The customer may try rēezr free of charge and without obligation for 14 days. After the trial period expires, access is paused unless a paid subscription is taken out. Data entered during the trial period is preserved.
§ 4 Fees and payment
Fees are based on the price list valid at the time of contract conclusion. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is made by credit card or SEPA direct debit via the payment service provider Stripe.
§ 5 Contract term and cancellation
The subscription can be taken out monthly or annually. It is automatically renewed for the respective term unless cancelled before the end of the term. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the current billing period.
§ 6 Availability
The Provider strives for software availability of 99.5% on an annual average. Maintenance work is announced in advance where possible. Availability does not apply to disruptions outside the Provider's sphere of influence.
§ 7 Data protection and security
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Data is stored on servers in Germany. The Provider regularly creates backups of customer data.
§ 8 Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in case of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In this case, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
§ 9 Final provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the Provider's registered office. Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
